BROTHER-NORTH OR ELPHINSTONE


The Brother Islands are considered one of the best diving spots in the world. They are formed of: Big Brother and Little Brother; two small isolated islands that are situated at some 60 km from the coast.

The Reef at Abu Nuhas is famous for wrecks and they are considered attraction sites for divers all around the world.

Thistlegorm is one of the most famous wrecks in the Red Sea.
The British ship was on the way to Egypt to supply the British troops with military equipment of all kinds, but then on the 6th of October 1941; a German bomb attacked the Thistlegorm. Now the wreck is in the bottom of the sea at 30 meters depth.
You can find in this remarkable wreck while diving: Tanks, trucks, motorcycles, weapons, railway carriage and one railway engine.

The marine park Ras Mohammed offers dreamlike diving spots.
Two of the best spots are manifested in Shark and Jolanda Reefs which are of 20 meters depth. The edges of the reefs are of 200 meters depth and you will find various types of corals and colorful fish of different kinds.

If you are fortunate you will be able to see one the fiercest predators on the planet during an early morning dive; sharks.
When it is not too windy, you can continue your dive adventure to the wreck "NUMIDIA" which lies in the northern side of the island between 10 and 80 meters.

This 150-meter-long ship sunk 100 years ago and is now completely covered with corals. At the Northwest side of the island you will find the other wreck: "AIDA".
This 82-meter-long steam ship sunk in 1957. The remaining pieces of the wreck are scattered all over the reef and can be found between 30 and 60 meters.

Please note: This safari is only for experienced divers. or instead of Northern red sea we change route to Elphinstone –
Strong currents can carry you to one of the most adrenaline-boost dives of your life!
Especially in the North section, you'll need motorized fins to reach it, but when you do you will find yourself surrounded by white tips, grey reefs or even hammerheads you will find yourself appreciating the moment for this memory that you will probably cherish for the rest of your life. On the south section, there is a deep archway at 55 meters depth where thresher sharks can often be found.
